Courtesy call 24 hours ahead of training – to ensure that there are no exceptions that may impact on the day and that the agreed training time and date is still suitable for the end user

Full comprehensive and interactive training session – with verbal Q&A to ensure training has been fully understood

Any exceptions are reported whilst on site (our aim is to resolve exceptions before leaving the site)

A sign off document to record which colleagues have attended the training session

A post training report is provided to include:
Names of attendees
Details of training completed
The equipment (make, model & serial numbers) and any accessories
Any exceptions that the trainer found whilst on site and what was done to resolve them
